When we work together

Good work starts with the right fit. Here's exactly what you can expect — from your first message to the moment your new brand lands in the world.

01 - Your first message

Before we ever get on a call, I ask you to tell me a little about your project. Not a formal brief-just enough for me to understand what you're building and why it matters to you. If I can feel your passion for it in that first message, we're already off to a good start.

02 - The first consultation

If it feels like a potential fit, I'll invite you to a one-hour Zoom call - free, no obligation. This is where we get into the real detail: the scope of the project, realistic timelines, and budget. I'll ask you directly what you're working with, because at the end of the day, this is a business, and respecting each other's time starts here.

03 - The proposal

After our call, I'll put together a proposal tailored to your project. I'll then schedule a short 30-minute call to walk through it with you - I don't just send it and wait. Once you're happy and ready to move forward, we sign contracts, and I take a 50% deposit via Stripe before any work begins.

04 - The work itself

Once we're underway, I work in focused bursts. I give myself two to three days for initial concept development, then present you with a first round of ideas. From there, we refine together. Up to three revisions are included - additional revisions are charged at €50 each, which keeps us both focused and decisive.

05 - Delivery

Once you've approved the final work, the remaining 50% is due. I'll send all your design assets over WeTransfer, clean and organised. And because I believe in celebrating what we've built together, every completed project comes with a parting gift - something thoughtful, something that makes sense for you.

What I bring

Every project gets my full attention and my full commitment. I'm a storyteller at heart — I care about the why behind your brand as much as the how. I'll support you through the process, ask the questions others might not, and deliver work that is always intentional, never accidental.

What I ask of you

Respect for the process and trust in my expertise. Clarity about your own voice - the more you know what you stand for, the better I can translate it. And a genuine passion for what you do. That energy comes through in the work, every time.
